Pay: $25.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Window & Door Field Service Technician to service, repair, and install residential and commercial window and door systems. This position is ideal for someone with experience as a glazier, window installer, door installer, carpenter, or construction service technician.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose window, door, glass, frame, and hardware problems
• Repair or replace damaged glass, screens, seals, locks, and operating components
• Install and adjust residential and commercial windows and doors
• Complete caulking, weatherproofing, trim, and finish work
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs
• Maintain accurate service records and a safe, organized work area

Qualifications

• At least two years of window, door, glass, carpentry, or related construction experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift and handle windows, doors, glass, and related materials
• Professional communication and customer-service skills

Schedule

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Some assignments may require technicians to begin traveling to service locations around 6:30 a.m.
