ay: $20.21–$25.00 per hour
Location: Sherwood, AR Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

We are seeking an LPN/LVN to provide patient care and assist with health assessments, physical examinations, diagnostic procedures, and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and document medical information
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Assist with physical examinations and diagnostic procedures
• Recognize urgent patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
• Provide patient and family education
• Complete clinical forms, referrals, and appointment documentation

Requirements

• LPN/LVN certificate or diploma from an approved, accredited program
• At least one year of LPN/LVN experience after graduation
• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license from any U.S. state or territory
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
• Ability to pass a government background investigation
