Full-Time | On-Site | Relocation Assistance Available

We are seeking an experienced Electric Motor Winder / Motor Rewind Technician for an industrial motor repair operation in Corpus Christi, TX. This position is for candidates with hands-on electric motor winding and rewinding experience — not general manufacturing coil winding.

What You'll Do

• Wind and rewind AC/DC electric motors
• Rewind stators, armatures, rotors and field coils
• Remove old windings and record winding data
• Form, insert, connect, lace and insulate coils
• Perform random winding and/or form coil winding
• Test windings using megger, surge and electrical testing equipment
• Work with VPI, insulation systems and burnout/bake processes
• Inspect and troubleshoot motors during the rewind process
• Follow motor repair specifications, safety procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on industrial electric motor winding/rewinding experience required.

Experience in an electric motor repair shop, motor rewind shop, electromechanical repair facility or rotating equipment service center strongly preferred.
