We are hiring experienced Industrial Electric Motor Winders / Repair Technicians who are willing to relocate to Corpus Christi, Texas. Qualified candidates may receive a substantial relocation, housing, and bonus package in addition to hourly pay and overtime.

Relocation & Bonus Package

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus paid at start
• Up to $3,000 Relocation Reimbursement with supporting receipts
• Housing Assistance $1,950 total
• $1,500 Retention Bonus at 90 Days
• $1,500 Retention Bonus at 180 Days
• Overtime available

What You'll Do

• Disassemble and inspect industrial electric motors
• Remove and replace existing windings
• Wind and install new coils
• Repair and rebuild AC/DC motors, stators, rotors, and armatures
• Record winding data and follow specifications for rewinding
• Perform motor testing and troubleshooting
• Reassemble motors and prepare completed equipment for final testing
• Use precision tools, electrical testing equipment, and industrial shop machinery
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on electric motor winding or motor repair experience
• Experience working with AC and/or DC industrial motors
• Experience with motor teardown, rewinding, repair, and reassembly
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to use electrical testing equipment and shop tools
• Ability to read work orders, specifications, and technical information
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
