$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Pay: $43–$46 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Location: Schertz, TX Area
Employment: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager to coordinate patient care, treatment plans, medical records, authorizations, appointments, and return-to-work services.

Requirements

• ADN or BSN from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
• At least one year of RN Case Manager experience
• Active, unrestricted RN license from any state
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
• One recognized case management certification, such as CCM, CDMS, CRRN, COHN, COHN-S, ACCC, CRC, RN-NCM, or CMC
• Current Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
• Ability to pass a government background investigation
