We are seeking an experienced Retail Merchandise & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory levels, product assortment, vendor relationships, pricing, and merchandising execution across multiple retail departments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and product performance.
• Analyze sales trends and inventory reports to support purchasing decisions.
• Work with vendors on product availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist with merchandising plans, displays, and product placement.
• Review department performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support pricing updates and promotional activities.
• Conduct store visits to ensure merchandising standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with management to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, category management, or retail operations experience.
• Experience analyzing sales and inventory reports.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations as needed.

Compensation:

• $55,000 - $70,000 annually
• $26.44 - $33.65 per hour
