We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electric Motor Winder with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on copper winding experience in a motor repair shop. This is a true industrial winding position—not automotive or small-engine repair.

Responsibilities

• Rewind, repair, and rebuild AC/DC electric motors, stators, armatures, and field coils
• Strip motors, record winding data, and manufacture/install new copper windings
• Read winding diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings
• Perform insulation, brazing/soldering, testing, and final assembly
• Use electrical testing equipment to verify motor integrity

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial electric motor winding experience required
• Proven experience with copper coil winding (random and/or form coil)
• Ability to read winding diagrams and electrical blueprints
• Experience testing and repairing industrial electric motors
