We are seeking an experienced AC/DC Electric Motor Winder Technician to repair, rebuild, test, and rewind industrial electric motors and electromechanical equipment including experience winding and rewinding coils, armatures, stators, rotors, and transformers.

• Relocation reimbursement: Up to $3,000 with receipts
• Housing assistance: $650/month for 3 months ($1,950)
• Sign-on/retention bonuses: $1,000 at start, $1,500 at 90 days, and $1,500 at 180 days

Responsibilities

• Rewind AC/DC electric motors, armatures, wound rotors, stators, and transformers
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble industrial electric motors
• Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Operate motor shop equipment and testing instruments
• Complete repair documentation and work orders
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements

• Experience rewinding AC/DC motors, armatures, wound rotors, stators, or transformers
• Experience repairing industrial electric motors
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and motor testing equipment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
