We are hiring independent recruiters to connect Class A CDL drivers with trucking companies nationwide. You will work remotely with drivers who have already applied—no cold calling.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and prequalify CDL drivers.
• Match drivers with suitable carriers.
• Assist with applications and hiring requirements.
• Schedule orientation and follow up through onboarding.
• Update candidate information in the recruiting system.

Requirements:

• Strong phone and communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and organized.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Recruiting or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable computer, phone, and internet access.
