Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Job description:

The Supervisor is responsible for managing yard staff and delivery personnel, optimizing transport routes, overseeing inventory control, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This position serves as a critical link across departments—including Store, Showroom, Shop, and Sales—to improve communication and ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements:

• Operational Experience: Proven experience with delivery dispatch, inventory management, and hands-on material handling operations.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with lumber, wood grades, materials, and building products.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, communicate effectively, and solve problems , while maintaining a commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Software Proficiency: Competence with POS, CRM, and dispatch systems.
• Certifications: The ability to obtain both Forklift certification and a CDL-B license within 90 days of hire is mandatory

Pay: $31 - $40 per hour (depending on experience)

Work Hours (onsite):

• Monday through Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM
• One Saturday every three weeks: 6:45 AM – 12:00 PM
